'Bad lady' plows into disabled dad outside Target as he's taking 5-year-old son to get Pokemon cards, father shields his boy as the woman drives at both of them: Cops

Colorado police are searching for a 71-year-old woman who allegedly plowed into a disabled dad and military veteran with her Hyundai outside a Target while the man was taking his son to get Pokemon cards.

The victim, Miguel Tully, recorded the alleged Colorado Springs car assault with his cellphone and shared it on social media, where it's amassed countless views this week after it was posted on various apps.

In the video, Tully — who is a U.S. Army veteran — can be seen shielding his 5-year-old son after repeatedly telling the woman in the Hyundai, identified by police as Christine Eisenstaedt, not to drive at them.

"I was just flabbergasted and trying to rationalize with her that a child was in front of her and she could see it and she knew it," Tully told local ABC affiliate KRDO.

"Could've easily taken my son's life," Tully said. "He's very small."

Police say a warrant for Eisenstaedt's arrest has been issued. She will be charged with assault, child abuse, reckless endangerment and careless driving, KRDO reports.

Tully told the TV station he saw Eisenstaedt involved in a separate car crash in the Target parking lot. Eisenstaedt allegedly plowed into Tully after he told her not to leave.

"You're not leaving," Tully can be heard saying on video. "Don't come this way. Don't hit me, I have my child here."

Tully's boy can be heard crying out as his dad takes the brunt of the alleged blow from Eisenstaedt's car. Tully says the incident has left his son traumatized and scared of every red car he sees.

"He's always like, 'Oh, there's the bad lady. Yeah, she's over there.' He's just always pointing them out," Tully told KRDO. "That's definitely going to be a trauma we're going to have to work through."

Tully was hospitalized after sustaining a leg injury. He said the impact also aggravated existing service-related injuries to his knee, back, spine and neck.

Police were still searching for Eisenstaedt as of Thursday.
