Woman spit on her uncle while 'standing over' her grandmother's dead body and called him a 'motherf—er': Docs

A Wisconsin woman was accused of disorderly conduct after her uncle told police that she was acting out after his mother passed away.

Karin Andrews, 47, was charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct on Tuesday, months after the death of her grandmother in her 61-year-old uncle's Salem Lakes, Wisconsin, home. According to a criminal complaint reviewed by Law&Crime, Andrews' uncle reported the alleged incident, which took place in December 2025. Andrews' uncle first called police on Jan. 5, about a month after his mother's death.

According to the complaint, Andrews' grandmother died on Dec. 2, 2025. The uncle told police that he had been caring for his mother at his home. When his sister and her two daughters, including Andrews, wanted to see their mother and grandmother the day before she died, the uncle said he refused to let them come over because "he believed they would be disorderly."

After their mother died, Andrews' uncle informed his sister and other siblings. At 11:15 a.m., his sister and her daughters, including Andrews, came to the home. According to the complaint, the man said all three women began acting "vulgar and disrespectful." He singled out Andrews, who was "standing over" his "deceased mother" and allegedly called him a "motherf—er" for not letting them come over the day before.

Andrews' uncle told Andrews that she had 20 minutes before he wanted her to leave his residence. According to the complaint, Andrews continued to "scream and swear" at her uncle and "spit" on his face. The uncle called 911, and Andrews allegedly "continued to be disorderly and aggressive."

The uncle told police that he had video taken inside the house during the alleged incident. When police reviewed the video, they saw Andrews arguing with her uncle and yelling, "Are you f—ing kidding me?" Andrews' uncle was heard "calmly" asking Andrews to leave, after which she "lunged" toward her uncle, appearing to spit at him.

Andrews was not booked into jail, but was charged with disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 6.
