The trial for Johnthony Walker is underway in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. He is accused of killing six elementary school children on November 21, 2016. Investigators believe that Walker, the bus driver, was going too fast, and was distracted on the phone during the tragic accident. He is facing 34 counts including vehicular homicide. Judge Don Poole, in an earlier ruling, said that photos and text messages of Walker’s previous conduct would not be admissible at the trial. The jury consists of 12 men, and 4 women.
