Three Washington state teenagers are accused of opening fire on a crowd in a parking garage with an AK-47-style "Draco" and other firearms, leaving a 16-year-old boy dead. One of the teens was allegedly caught on camera this week blowing a kiss to a courtroom gallery after a judge ordered him held on $5 million bail.

Jose Campos, 18, was seen blowing the kiss as he left court Wednesday following a hearing alongside his older brother, Davion Campos, 20, and Davion's wife, Alina Guillen, 19, according to local CBS affiliate KIRO.

All three are facing murder charges in connection with the Sunday shooting in Tacoma that left Josiah Midgyett dead at a parking garage on Commerce Street. The trio was part of a group of at least five gunmen who showed up in masks and opened fire on people who had gathered at the garage, according to police officials and prosecutors.

They each entered pleas of not guilty.

"As you can see from the arm, this defendant was the one who was shot the night before, which leads detectives to believe that this was a retaliatory shooting," deputy prosecuting attorney Lisa Wagner told the court about Jose Campos. "He's certainly shown on [surveillance] video being one of the ones armed and with a mask."

A judge granted prosecutors' request for $5 million bail for each Campos brother and $1.5 million for Guillen, KIRO reports.

Prosecutors noted the group was allegedly armed with illegally modified firearms, including a "semi-auto AK style handgun" known as a "Draco" and other weapons, during the shooting.

"My son didn't deserve this," said Midgyett's mother in a statement during the Wednesday bail hearing, according to local Fox affiliate KCPQ. "He was a good kid," the mom added.

Court documents obtained by the Tacoma News Tribune say police received a tip alleging the shooting was retaliation for an injury Jose Campos suffered the night before.

"This certainly seems to be a planned execution," Wagner said Wednesday. "Five suspects arrived, all but the female were wearing masks when they came in. They had multiple guns."

Midgyett was on the garage's fourth level with a group of people when the attackers arrived to kill him, according to police and prosecutors. Midgyett's friend told police that Midgyett had received a text from a girl about a "meet up" in the garage earlier that night.

Midgyett was shot in the chest as he tried to get into a vehicle with his friend.

Investigators used statements from witnesses and photos from Facebook to track down the Campos brothers. Davion Campos allegedly had a photo on his Facebook page that showed him wearing a blue puffer jacket that surveillance video showed him wearing during the shooting, police said.

Davion Campos also had his wife listed on Facebook as Alina Guillen and police were able to pull up photos of Guillen that matched images from the surveillance footage, according to court documents.

Jose Campos is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Davion Campos is charged with first-degree murder, first-degree assault and first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm. Guillen is charged with murder and assault.
