A beleaguered pot attorney who is suing the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and who faces a complaint in the state’s supreme court for his aggressive behavior was arrested on a warrant stemming from a tussle with a security guard at City Hall this spring just after he announced he was “throwing his hat in the ring” for mayor outside the county courthouse.
